1. Eligibility for Refund:

• Refunds are applicable within seven days from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase.

2. Grounds for Refund:

• The Performance Review Assistant does not meet your expectations or fails to deliver the promised features.
• Technical issues or errors prevent you from accessing or utilizing the product effectively.

3. Refund Process:

• To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at tweek.up@outlook.com within the eligible refund period.
• Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the reasons for your refund request.
• We will review your request and aim to respond within five business days with further instructions.

4. Refund Options:

Upon approval of your refund request, you may choose between:

a) A full refund of the purchase price, which will be processed using the original payment method, or

b) An exchange for an alternative product of equal value, if available.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

• Refunds will not be granted if the refund request is made after the eligible refund period.
• Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or if you simply decide you no longer require the product.

6. User actions if a refund is granted:

Upon approval of your refund request:

a) You must promptly retrieve and delete all relevant product files from all distribution channels and devices. This includes any synced Dropbox accounts and downloaded files.

b) Upon requesting a refund, you are not permitted to exploit the product files (Assets). Immediately upon receipt of a refund, all licenses to such product files and underlying content are revoked, and you are not authorised to use the product in any form or for any purpose whatsoever.

Note: This refund policy is specific to purchases made in Australia.
