Before we get into it, here is a little about our philosophy and my journey.
I’m a sports fan. When I was growing up, I played a range of sports.
From soccer, cricket, rugby league, tennis, and even basketball. Whilst I didn’t play any of these sports at a high level my dad would always tell me “back yourself”.
Taking on a player, bowling the first over, looking to hit a forehand down the line, or going for a three pointer, always back yourself.
Because you’ve got this! And that is our philosophy at TweekUp.
How can we use the skills we’ve developed, knowledge, ambition and bring it to the corporate field. Mind the sports pun.

For a little over half a decade I have been using presentations to showcase the value I bring to my role at work. Doing this has brought me a sense of fulfilment in my accomplishments and also allowed me to communicate effectively with my boss about the value I bring to the organisation.
This approach has led to positive feedback, personal and professional development opportunities, and even salary increases.
